Hello everyone, today I have seen on the front page of this website, the notice that the publication of images generated by artificial intelligence is forbidden, and I would like to comment on the following:
A few months ago I uploaded to the section of critique, an image indicating that it was created with artificial intelligence to see what the curators thought before uploading it to their curation, and the response was categorical in terms of its prohibition, which I have always respected although I do not share, and I advised that they could be included in a section dedicated to this type of images, but my proposal was not accepted even though I warned that you could sneak images of this type in any section of 1x.
The most serious of the case, is that it seems that some images created with artificial intelligence, are being uploaded to the photo contest and that is unacceptable, since we all must compete on equal terms, so I would like that the winners (at least), they are asked for the Raw file.

It is like a cancer spreading in the art of photography lately. I am not sure but maybe it will be a good idea to share the exif data together with uploaded photos. I've started to come acrooss some digital images which is very difficult to decide if they are real photograph or ai images. This new situation started to ruin our pleasures we get from photograhy. It seems it is time to open a new session for location such images, otherwise we will continue seeing a mixture consist of real photos and digital images created by artificial intelligance programs.
