Ling Hi and welcome. Wonderful looking landscape with plenty of power and impact. See attached all i've tried to do is fine tune it in some ways. First I've removed you name tag any image posted in selection must not have any names on against the rules. Nik Tools Tonal Contrast to add better balance. some dodge tool work all over land and water and sky. Thank you for sharing.

Hi Ling,

This is a fantastic picture. Landscape is not one of my core competencies, but I do have some suggestions for you. Many people have a 16:9 monitor, so I have cropped your beautiful photo accordingly so that as many people as possible can view it in full format. Furthermore, the photo radiates a great majestic calm, although the movements in the water are somewhat counterproductive in my view, so I have blurred the water - a long exposure would of course have been ideal to get the water completely calm. Finally, I used an HDR filter to make the mountain glow a little more. Of course, it's all a question of personal taste.

Greetings

Udo

Hello Ling,

Thank you for sending the photo to this forum.

A very interesting place and often visited by photographers. My colleague Daniel described several important comments from the point of view of the curing process. For my part, I also suggest thoroughly reviewing the image after editing, because then traces of a dirty matrix or lens appear. In this case, I removed several such spots. In addition, for me the image was a bit too "gray" and once being near this place left in my memory a very dynamic and juicy frame.

I made several corrections using masks for bright parts of the image and for dark ones to bring out or slightly extinguish the details of the photo. I did the editing in PSCC 2024.

Regards
