this shot was born from the possibility of participating in an indigenous party at the XAVANTES indios, in Brazil. He just wants to express the poetry that I felt inside of me, while under a roof of stars and no artificial light we were sitting in a circle to ask the "spirits" to watch over the village. Exceptional !!!

Hi Febuz and welcome to Critique also welcome to 1x.com - Thank you for taking up my offer to share this image of yours with us. - Yes I can see why you thought this would make a good image plenty of colour and a fine story to tell. - I don't mind your framing and composition it just lacks that sharpness overall I feel - I have tried two ways to bring this sharpness and texture out - First I sharpened in Photoshop and this did help quite a bit - Then I used Nik tools Tonal Contrast to give a boost to contrast and texture - I just wish the hand was sharp that would have beed the cherry on the cake. Almost forgot I did a crop off the top...

Hello Febuz,

Welcome to the forum and thank you for sharing this photo with us. Daniel has already done a great editing job on it, and I agree with him about the sharpness of the image being the weakness. The strong colours and skin textures are excellent. I would go a little further and crop the left side a little; possibly the lower edge as well as the mole or dark patch on the hand is a little distracting.

Good light,

Elizabeth
