Hello,

This image was captured at a circus performance around winter holidays last year. I tried to remove the two structures and the cable using remove tool and clone tool. Do you know how can I do this better? I  added one photo edited and one unedited.

Thank you!

Good light,

Valentin Borsan

Valentin,

It looks like you did a good job with the Clone and Remove tools.  The Remove tool has an option to automatically remove 'wires and cables' - but it didn't work very well when I tried it on a screen shot.  The Spot Healing Brush would work for the cables.  If you click on one end, then Shift+Click on the other end, everything in between will be retouched.   Photoshop has a Patch tool that can be useful too.   Press and hold the 'Spot Healing Brush Tool' (or right click) to find it.  The area to be removed is circled roughly, then you click and drag the selection to an area with matching detail.  Here's a link to better instructions . . . .

You didn't ask for composition suggestions, but I couldn't help myself.  For a stronger dynamic, I added some new canvas with the Content Aware Fill option in the Crop tool.  Note that to use that you first have to click the little gear icon at the top and de-select 'Use Classic Mode'.   Once the canvas was larger it was possible to crop with a tilt.  Just an idea.

From your point of view you got a good composition and caught the performer's  expression of concentration and precision with excellent sharpness.

Hello,

Thank you, Steven, for your feedback. I convert it to monochrome and I like it. I tried to tilt  but I don't think it look good, not much to do about composition.
